The Annual Simba and Nick Testimonial

Due to the success of last seasons 'testimonial' for Simba and Nick, Barnstoneworth will be hosting another one as both players failed to retire and played full seasons in 2017.

On Sunday 17 December Simba and Nick will yet again step out onto a pitch wearing the famous colours of Barnstoneworth United for the last time (in 2017 anyway). Again, does anyone really think that these two are going to hang up their boots and not play any football next season? 

Either way, another 'Testimonial' seemed like a good excuse to get together over the summer and have a bit of a kick around. A mix of old, current and potentially new faces will play in a friendly match followed by beers and a bbq. 

The match will take place at Brazilian Fields in Centennial Park with a 1.45pm meet arranged for a 2.15pm KO. Eddie and Finn are looking to organise BBQ and Beers with all players chipping in $10 to cover the costs of the day.
